Surf-n-Turf Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless Ribeye steak
  • ½ pound shrimp
  • 4 large scallops
  • 4 large mushrooms- I used Baby Bellas
  • ½ small onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ orange pepper
  • ¼ cup Savage Balsamic for marinade
  • 4-6 wooden skewers

  Instructions-The evening before

  • Marinate steak, shrimp and scallops in ¼ cup Savage Balsamic– Shake before pouring
  • Meal prep- cut onion and peppers into 1 inch pieces

  Instructions-The day of cooking

  • Soak skewers in water to prevent burning
  • Cut steak into 1 inch cubes
  • Sauté veggies for 5-10 minutes (I find this ensures proper texture of veggies)
  • Skewer meat, veggies, shrimp and scallops
  • Grill or broil skewers -10 plus minutes- to your desired likeness
  • Serve over Riced Cauliflower or Rice
  • Enjoy!
