Savage Surf-n-Turf Kabobs over Riced Cauliflower

  Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless Ribeye steak
  • ½ pound shrimp
  • 4 large scallops
  • 4 large mushrooms- I used Baby Bellas
  • ½ small onion
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ orange pepper
  • ¼ cup Savage Balsamic for marinade
  • 4-6 wooden skewers

  Instructions-The evening before

    1. Marinate steak, shrimp and scallops in ¼ cup Savage Balsamic– Shake before pouring
    2. Meal prep- cut onion and peppers into 1 inch pieces

  Instructions-The day of cooking

    1. Soak skewers in water to prevent burning
    2. Cut steak into 1 inch cubes
    3. Saute veggies for 5-10 minutes (I find this ensures proper texture of veggies)
    4. Skewer meat, veggies, shrimp and scallops
    5. Grill or broil skewers -10 plus minutes- to your desired likeness
    6. Serve over Riced Cauliflower or Rice
    7. Enjoy!
