Savage Chicken Fajita over Kale Slaw

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. The day before (or the day of) filet chicken breast
  2. Mix ¼ cup Savage Centurion and 1 teaspoon Blazing Star House Rub
  3. Marinate chicken 2 – 6 hours then grill.
  4. The next day- Cut pepper, onion and mushrooms into 1 inch squares
  5. Slice Chicken into thin strips
  6. Add 1 TBSP Savage Centurion to skillet
  7. Saute peppers, onion, mushrooms- Sprinkle on some Blazing Star House Rub
  8. Add the sliced grilled chicken and cook until warmed through

Presentation

  1. Add a bed of Kale Slaw to a plate
  2. Spoon over Fajita mixture
  3. Add some cheddar cheese
  4. Top with pico salsa
  5. Enjoy!
