Riced Cauliflower – Semper Savage

Riced Cauliflower


  • ½ head cauliflower- You can use one bag of frozen cauliflower, but I really like to cook fresh cauliflower.
  • ½ medium onion
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Savage Centurion (Shake before pouring)
  • 1 – 2 Tablespoons Butter (I use no-salt butter-grass-fed)
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley


  1. Wash Cauliflower
  2. Cut into 1 inch pieces
  3. Add cauliflower to food processor and pulse until ‘riced’
  4. Mince onion and garlic
  5. Place onion and garlic into pan and saute with 1 TBSP Savage Centurion (Shake before pouring) and butter
  6. Saute for 3 minutes, then add cauliflower
  7. Continue to cook for 15-20 minutes- add more butter if desired
  8. Add parsley before serving
  9. Serve with Savage Kabob, Savage Surf-n-Turf, Savage Chicken or Savage Pork Chops
  10. Enjoy!
