Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 8 medium mushrooms (white or baby bella)
- Romaine Lettuce- Chopped
- 1/4 cup +1 TBSP Savage Centurion
- 1 teaspoon House Rub
- ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese
- BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- The day before (or the day of) filet chicken breast
- Mix ¼ cup Savage Centurion and 1 teaspoon House Rub
- Marinate chicken 2 – 6 hours
- Grill chicken
- Cut pepper, onion and mushrooms into 1 inch squares
- Add 1 TBSP Savage Centurion to skillet
- Sauté peppers, onion, mushrooms- Sprinkle on some House Rub
- Slice Chicken into thin strips
Presentation
- Add a bed of chopped Romaine lettuce to a bowl
- Add warm sautéed vegetables
- Add sliced warm grilled chicken
- Add some cheddar cheese
- Top with BBQ Sauce
- Enjoy!
