Fajita Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8 medium mushrooms (white or baby bella)
  • Romaine Lettuce- Chopped
  • 1/4 cup +1 TBSP Savage Centurion
  • 1 teaspoon House Rub
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • BBQ Sauce

 Instructions

  1. The day before (or the day of) filet chicken breast
  2. Mix ¼ cup Savage Centurion and 1 teaspoon House Rub
  3. Marinate chicken 2 – 6 hours
  4. Grill chicken
  5. Cut pepper, onion and mushrooms into 1 inch squares
  6. Add 1 TBSP Savage Centurion to skillet
  7. Sauté peppers, onion, mushrooms- Sprinkle on some House Rub
  8. Slice Chicken into thin strips

 Presentation

  1. Add a bed of chopped Romaine lettuce to a bowl
  2. Add warm sautéed vegetables
  3. Add sliced warm grilled chicken
  4. Add some cheddar cheese
  5. Top with BBQ Sauce
  6. Enjoy!
