Chicken Stir Fry over Riced Cauliflower




  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow (or orange) bell pepper
  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • 1 container Baby Bella mushrooms (about 12)
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup Semper Savage Centurion dressing/marinade


  • Butterfly each chicken breast and marinate in 1/4 cup Savage Centurion (2 – 4 hours)
  • Slice peppers, mushrooms and onion
  • Wash cauliflower and put in a food processor to ‘rice’
  • Sauté peppers, onion and mushrooms on medium heat- add 1/4 cup Savage Centurion-Stir frequently
  • Sauté riced cauliflower on medium heat, add 1/4 cup Savage Centurion-Stir frequently
  • Grill chicken- once done, remove from grill, let stand a couple of minutes then slice into strips


  • Create a bed of cauliflower rice on the center of the plate
  • Add the pepper medley
  • Top with grilled chicken
  • *We added a very small amount of (low sodium) soy sauce to the final product
